A colorful set of 6 Mason's ironstone cups and saucers. The cups have molded ribs and fancy flaring rims. The flowers including large peony blossoms are mostly in a soft blue palette with yellow and red as well. The pattern is called Strathmore and it is in blue which is the more desirable color. Mason's England (earlier) mark as shown. Dates to 1910-20s.

She is gorgeous! this unknown beauty painted on porcelain in the Vienna portrait plate. Sumptuous border on the plate with gold & jewel effect. On top of that she is in a very ornate period frame with applied roses. Plate is held in a velour panel. 80-110 years.

A marvelous 19th century center compote with a profusion of applied flowers all over the surface. A pair of putti or cherubs with cute little wings hold up the reticulated bowl. There are so many flowers. There is one at practically every intersection of the reticulation! Circa 1880.
