Matching courtyard scenes with numerous figures on the body as well as the large neck. Alternating panels of florals, birds, insects, butterflies and fruits. The hand painted details are very fine. No marks whatsoever on the bottom, a little sand from the kiln. Dates from 1870-1890s.

A nicely fitted set of 9 rose canton or rose medallion sweet trays. They align well inside a wooden tray. All nicely detailed hand painted butterflies, fruits and flowers. Painting around the sides as well. Unglazed bottoms with no marks except for some Chinese numerals. About 100 to 120 years old with nice orange peel effect.
The assembly is 16" by 16" with no chips or hairlines.
This is a wonderful circa 1850 antique China Trade fan which shows a large gathering of 25 little figures on one side, and a bird and floral scene flanked by two smaller medallion painted scenes. Faces of the figures are of ivory, and in this fan, there are many individual expressions. The lacquered sticks are also painted in gold, and show further scenes of people with equally pains-taking detail. And of course the ends are very elaborately painted in gold. A fine 19th century Chinese export canton finialed cover for a rectangular veggie. Well painted water scene and good porcelain. Big pinneaple finial. About 8.3 by 7.2 inches with cut corners. Very good condition with no chips or hairlines. (Can see kiln imperfections and black sand grit)

A fine and large Chinese export blue and white canton platter circa 1830 out of a fine New Bedford estate together with a few other old export items. Good orange peel effect, medium blue, beautiful!
14.6" by 11.6" in very good condition with no chips hairlines or repairs. Only a few rim frits hardly noticeable but signs of good age (see detail pic).

A very unusual Chinese export warming plate from the 18-19th century. It has a deep cobalt blue enamel decoration around the rim and a bouquet of flowers in the center. Gold trim around the rim. Pronounced orange peel effect all over. No marks anywhere. Cute little ears for the water pour . This is an early one, 1780-1820.
Circa 1860 Rose medallion (rose canton)platter or serving dish, with 4 medallions enclosing those wonderful birds, and with a central rondel. Nice borders. Good orange peel effect. No marks.
13" diameter. One tight line as shown. Otherwise in good condition with no damage or repairs. Nice ring.
This is a complete set of 7 Chinese export rose medallion sweet meat or relish dishes fitting in a circle and with the original lacquer box. Nice thick enamels and hand painted scenes with nice detail. The dishes fit inside a lacquer box. Two figures are painted in gold on the box top, and there is also gold writing with store name in the City of Canton. Red marks on the bottom saying "Made in China", signifying 1920s.

A fine 19th century rose medallion reticulated tray or plate. Nice squarish oval as these old one tend to be. No marks and orange peel. Circa 1860.
10 by 9 inches; center about 7.3 by 6.1 inches. No chips hairlines or repairs. A little fritting on rim barely noticeable. Original enamels nice and thick.
