A pretty covered cheese or butter of good size and hexagonal form by Royal Doulton in the Mandarin pattern. There is a fitted liner or strainer as shown. And the Mandarin pattern has those wonderful oriental figures which appear to be hand colored. Butterflies flying about; dragonflies and birds in the medallions of the bands. Old Royal Doulton England backstamp with English registry and U.S. patent numbers dating it to 1893.

A simply beautiful plate of the English aethestic movement period borrowing from the best of the Japanese Kutani styles. The mauve pink blossom appear to float in the air amidst the gold dust clouds. The petals are outlined in gold thread which often stand out. Old mark of Doulton Burslem as shown.

6 antique Royal Worcester seafood oyster shells. Beautifully made with scallop grooves running from the rim to the handle end just like a real oyster shell. Gold trim on the rim.
