A long Japanese sansui or landscape sumi-e brush painting from the Taisho Showa era and titled "Lone Angler on the River". Signature and seal of the artist Kyo Yuki upper right, collector's seal lower right. The picture is on silk, and mounted on brocade.
Image 15" by 46" and full scrolle length 20" by 78". Very good condition, no tears or stains.

A wonderful antique Japanese export silver tea caddy (covered jar) with flying dragons in sharp relief. It is actually silver plate or low silver alloy. Polishes beautifully. No marks anywhere. Meiji or Taisho era.
