A fine Victorian period epergne or vase which has 10 vertical barbed tip fluted panels. This is old American Brilliant Cut Period glass. The glass has beveled rim, and rings nicely. The footed stand is solid brass with good weight.
About 16" high and 8" diameter. Very good condition considering the delicate glass and age. A little flaking and roughness only along the rim not easily visible. Very difficult to find this form in such good condition. Wonderful for the summer bouquets. |
