A numbered print (#46 of 100) of a well toned nude figure in charcoal. Signed by the artist Braithwaite and dated. Image area 12 x 16"; new frame 20 x 24". Picture has a hint of toning, very good condition with no staining. T R Braithwaite, 1902-1964, was born in Brooklyn, studied in Chicago, worked in New York and Boston. He was an artist who also worked as an illustrater. He created a series of art nude drawings and illustrations in the late 1930-40s. This is a signed limited edition with typical lines. |
