A sterling silver nail buff or polisher dated 1900 with a favorite Art Nouveau theme... a repousse figure of a girl with flowing long hair and a pair of wings. The oval shaped pad is in a beige leather suede. Old hallmark of Towle with "sterling 1900".
3 1/2" long and of oval form. Silver is in very good condition with no dings. Suede is now slightly gray from age. Altogether an unusual personal luxury from another age. |
