| This is a fine silk skirt with figural embroidery and vivid colors for a wedding, festival or special occasion. There are 2 very detailed figural panels with gold thread. Late Ch'ing (Qing) or early Republic of China period; about 100 years old. You see these panels now but seldomly intact on the original skirt. Very good condition with no staining. Since the skirt is used only on special occasions, it was put away at other times, and the colors are still good. | |||||
