A fine and large Chinese export blue and white canton platter circa 1830 out of a fine New Bedford estate together with a few other old export items. Good orange peel effect, medium blue, beautiful!
14.6" by 11.6" in very good condition with no chips hairlines or repairs. Only a few rim frits and tiny chip under the rim hardly noticeable but signs of good age (see detail pic). I have another canton platter (416687) listed now. If you wish the pair, I can give a discount. |
