A Jiaqing Daoguang period vase with unusual cat handles; butterfly, bird and floral theme. Outstanding quality fine porcelain. Excellent control of detail in the feng cai enamel painting. About 1830-50. 嘉庆道光粉采蝴镝花瓶.
The enamel painting of the butterfly, fruits and foliage are of fine detail with the best of domestic Chinese porcelain. About 8" high, 2.5" diameter rim. Fine condition with no chips cracks or repairs. Enamel in good condition.
