A fine antique Canton export reticulated fruit basket with liner. Fine blue, orange peel, good hand painted detail. Great oval form. Approximately mid 19th century.
8.5" x 7.25 oval and 3.75" high. Very good condition save for one hairline as shown. Reticulation will stop the crack from propagating. Has a nice ring. Also a kiln bulge on the liner, but all glazed. |
